🎯 Sprint objective: Acquire the first wholesale customer and build a repeatable wholesale system.
Where we are

Executive Summary

A quick read on what's ready, what's approved, and what remains before the wholesale launch.

Governance V1.0 — ready to adopt

The full Executive Governance Operating System (Constitution, Board, four councils, scorecards, policies) is built and ready for formal adoption.

Wholesale ready for Phase 3

OTM's wholesale business — strategy, economics, assortment, listings, and launch runbook — is complete and awaiting approval to execute the catalog cleanup.

Pricing approved by CFO review

$14 MSRP / $7 wholesale (50% keystone) is recommended and CFO-approved. No live price change is made until the Board directs it.

Physical work remains

Photography, launch inventory, bottle measurements, packaging, and true-cost validation (label, labor, freight) are the hands-on items still open.

Next 30 days = launch

The focus is executing the launch and opening the first wholesale accounts — the first order, then the first reorder.

Approvals needed

12 Core Wholesale Flavors

Launch assortment — 100ml · MSRP $14 · Wholesale $7 · Case pack 6 · Status: Candidate (pending SKU + inventory verification).

The numbers

Pricing Summary

Why the 100ml moves from $12 to $14, and what it protects.

Previous retail

Approved MSRP
$7
Wholesale

Retailer margin
51%+
Our gross margin

Why the change

True fully-loaded cost is closer to $3.41 than the previously recorded $2.51 (freight + label + labor). At $12/$6 the wholesale margin falls below the 50% floor; $14/$7 clears it.

Why $14, not $15

$14 supports wholesale while protecting repeat purchases, premium positioning, and giftability. $15 may be Phase 2 after packaging/brand upgrades.

One price everywhere

The same MSRP across retail, online, and Faire (Price Integrity). Promotions are intentional; discounting is strategic.

"Price for the business you are building, not the business you inherited."
